Most of our items sell out fast because of our competitive pricing. If you wish to reserve an item there's 10% non-refundable reservation fee. The bag stays exclusively reserved for you within the 48 hours.

After payment confirmation, we will ship via Grab same-day delivery if you are within Metro Manila and LBC if outside MM.

We also give a complimentary tracking device for orders Php 100,000 and above. The tracking device we will be unbound after we confirm that your item is received.

Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. You can return an item if it was not as described or is deemed counterfeit by a reputable authenticator
In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned within 5 days from delivery date in its original condition, with original labels and packaging. Before returning an item, please get in touch via our Viber +639164229990.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs
Any special request items that have been sourced specifically for you through our personal shopping team, cannot be refunded or exchanged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Order cancellations incur a 10% cancellation fee. It applies to both cancellations prior to shipment and returns made after purchase.
For any reservations made with a deposit, the fee is non-refundable even if the buyer decides to cancel the transaction.
Once we receive your returned item, you should be reimbursed within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank/credit card/form of payment.
